Newly elected member of the German Parliament "Bundestag " Karambe Diaby visits the cupola of the Reichstag as he attends his first parliamentary session of the Social Democratic party's fraction in Berlin. Senegalese born Diaby, a PhD in chemistry, canvassed Haale, Saale, the former hub for East Germany's chemical industry to become the first black member of the Bundestag in German history.
